Hamid Lian believed he could not find his ball having hit his tee shot into the woods, close to the out of bounds. He stated his intention to hit a provisional ball. Stubborn Sepawi ttold him the ball may not be teed when playing a provisional ball from the tee. Who is correct?

Zainudin: Rule 20-5 states that when a stroke is to be taken from where the previous stroke was made on the teeing ground, the ball to be played can be played from anywhere within the teeing ground and may be teed. So, Player Hamid Lian is correct.
