KGS is currently undertaking the survey on buggy with regards to its brake; steering ; Cleanliness; and Condition of Buggy. The rating is from poor[1], Fair[2], Good[3] and Excellent[4]..
Personally, I will rate most buggies as between 1 and 2 for very simple reason they are not maintained up to the premier club standard. We have been playing at many clubs within and outside the country, but here not only we are provided with obsolete model but also a potential danger to the users.

Some commented that you dont need to have a survey as the condition of buggies are clearly detoriating and require immediate face lift. It was instead proposed the management made the survey on the fees with regards to the condition of the buggy.
