Our Presiden, YB Fadillah Haji Yusof chaired our first Committee Members Meeting held on 19 July 2008 at Dormani Hotel, Jalan Datuk Ajibah Abol. All the committee members were given their respective duties and responsibilities which is also expressed as individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

- HAJI MUSA BRAHIM – QUARTERLY MEDALS AND MUHIBBAH GAMES
- SAUDARA SUKIMAN HAJI AINI – SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS, TOUR & TD
- HAJI MOHAMAD IBRAHIM NORDIN – CARD AND BENEFITS
- HAJI ZABIDI SHABANEH – KEBAJIKAN & AMAL
- SAUDARA RASHID & HAIDEL HELI - ACCOUNT & RECOVERY
- SAUDARA ZAINUDIN AKUP - RULES & ETIQUETTE.
- SAUDARA FIRDAUS ABDULLAH - PUBLICITY
- HAJI OMARALI MATJAIS - POLICIES, MEMBERSHIPS & DATA
All the committee members were given 2 weeks to come up with the working paper focusing on the objectives, it's benefits to members and society, mechanism of implementation and funding.
The following Liaison Officers and Officials were reinstated:
- Haji Osaha Suhaili - Bintulu
- Haji Khairudin Ibrahim - Sibu
- Alias Bujang - Kuala Lumpur
- Khirudin Abang Jajol - Selangor
- Haji Sophii Nawi - Legal Advisor
Messr Khaidier & Co (AF1296) - was appointed as Auditor for 2008- 2010 session
